Attero Arms AK SBR (7.62 X 39)
The Attero Arms AK SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) is an AK done right. With a barrel length of 11.5", this weapon combines the proven reliability and firepower of the AK platform with a modern-day rail system (or traditional wood hand guards), ergonomic Hogue Grip, and compact folding stock. A complimentary Attero Arms AK Micro-Optics Mount is included with every rifle. The SBR platform is easier to carry, pack and transport, making it far more convenient for everyday use.
The feed ramp on the AK SBR is polished to assist in reliable feeding of different types of ammunition.
Additionally, each rifle includes a bolt-hold-open notch in the safety lever that allows the operator to lock the bolt to the rear by aligning the notch in the safety lever with the charging handle. To release the bolt, the operator simply lowers the safety lever to the 'fire' position, which releases the bolt and allows it to move forward into battery.
Firearm Specs/Info
The Attero Arms AK SBR comes in four configurations: Coyote, OD-Green, All-Black, and 'Traditional'.
Length:
The weapon is 22" long when the stock is collapsed, and 31" with the stock extended. Each rifle comes with a muzzle nut which keeps the barrel length at 11.5" and a compensator (pictured) which extends the external barrel length to 13". The buttstock has a removable recoil pad that reduces the extended length by another inch.
Weight:
No magazine, mount attached, no optics, no sling: 6.9 lbs.
Loaded magazine inserted, mount, optics, and sling attached: 8.4 - 8.8 lbs., depending on ammunition, optics, and sling weight.
Optics
*The Coyote SBR pictured has a Burris Fastfire mounted. The OD-Green SBR pictured has a Leupold Deltapoint mounted. The 'Traditional' SBR pictured has a Trijicon RMR mounted. While we include the Attero Arms Micro Optics mount with every weapon, optics are not included.*
